Day 1 –
>>Welcome Dinner

An amazing adventure awaits you on this spectacular Southwest Trains and & Deserts tour! Today, catch your flight from into Albuquerque! Once arrived, you will meet up with the group and head to the hotel! Upon arrival you’ll be greeted with a Welcome reception followed by time to unpack. Enjoy dinner with the group to start off this spectacular trip! (D)

Day 2 –
>>Petrified National Forest/ Painted Desert
>>Ghost Tour

After a great breakfast head to the Petrified Forest and Painted Desert! These amazing natural sites formed millions of years ago and can only be found in this part of the world! The Painted Desert will make you feel like you are on another planet! After dinner tonight, enjoy a unique ghost tour with a local guide who will tell you stories of the wild west! (B, L)

Day 3 –
>>Red Rocks Jeep Tour
>>Verde Canyon

Wake up in Flagstaff and enjoy the desert air in this gorgeous town! You’re in for a real adventure today as you partake in a jeep tour of the seven most beautiful canyons in the Sedona area! Then, it’s time for your first train! Board the Verde Canyon Railroad for a relaxing 4 hour tour through 110 years of history! Captivating panoramic views are in every direction, over bridges, and through tunnels! It’s simply stunning! (B, L)

Day 4 –
>>Grand Canyon Scenic Railroad

A truly majestic day awaits you as you head north to board the Grand Canyon Scenic Railroad! This all day journey train ride features western musicians and cowboy characters on vintage rail cars. You will also have time to spend 3 hours at the historic village at the south rim of the Grand Canyon! Take the train back, enjoying cocktails, breathtaking views, and music! This is a bucket list experience that you’ll finally be able to check off! (B, L)

Day 5 –

Today, enjoy breakfast before heading off on a travel day across the great Southwest! Relax as your private coach takes you through small towns and beautiful scenic views! Stop for lunch along the way. Your guide will be sure to have a good mix of entertainment and relaxation on your journey to Death Valley! Once arrived to your hotel in Death Valley, enjoy dinner with the group!

>>Rhyolite Ghost Town
>>Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes

Explore some of Death Valley’s most famous sights! Visit the remnants of an old Borax mill dating back to 1883! Then, head to the famous Rhyolite ghost town, one of the most photographed in the West! Finally, visit the Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes, over 100 feet high! (B, L)

Day 7 –
>>Badwater Basin
>>Las Vegas Farewell Dinner

This morning, start with a visit to Badwater Basin, the lowest point in North America at 282 ft below sea level! This 200 square mile salt bed was the site of an ancient lake before evaporating tens of thousands of years ago! This afternoon you’re headed to Las Vegas! Check into your amazing hotel before enjoying a spectacular farewell dinner with the group. After dinner enjoy the sights of Las Vegas!! (B, D)

Day 8 –

Today is yours to explore Las Vegas! Get lucky in one of the many casinos or take in amazing food and drinks at the endless bars and restaurants along the strip! Finally, head to the airport for your flight home! It’s the perfect trip to explore the great Southwest!
