Travel Well Policy

There are many plans for businesses to re-open.  Each industry has a few nuances that are different but overall they are similar.  We want to bring you the same great experiences with a few slight changes. Here is what you can expect to keep you safe and still enjoy the excitement of travel.

  • Seating will be at half capacity on the bus.  Above is the seating arrangement for your safety and comfort.
  • Cloth masks will be provided to guests if they wish to use it while on tour.
  • Guests will be asked a brief questionnaire about recent health events when boarding.
  • High touch areas will be disinfected frequently.
  • All seats will be disinfected each night.
  • Group dinners could be pre-ordered by our guests and picked up for enjoyment at the hotel with friends or on their own in their room.
  • All local sights have been and will continue to be monitored for safety guideline compliance.
  • Our refund policy remains one of the most flexible in the industry.
Our world is ever changing.  As the situation changes we will keep everyone informed as soon as possible.  Our plan is to be back on the road in August!  Many of you have reached out about wanting to be out on tour. We cannot wait to be back out on the road with you.  We miss you all so much.

The Process:

To reserve your seat, you may call and request a brochure, or print one from our website.  Mail it to us and include a check for your deposit.

You can also reserve online by paying with your credit card via our secure PayPal service.  Most deposits are $25 per person.

You will receive a paper confirmation in the mail about a week after your reservation is received.

About 4 weeks before the tour is scheduled to depart, you will receive your experience information packet, which includes pick up and return times, hotel information, etc.  Final payment is due once you receive your invoice with your experience information.

If you have questions at any point, please reach out to our office.  We are often out on tour, so please leave a message if we do not answer.

WHAT TO EXPECT

FUN! We provide high quality accommodations (usually Hilton and Marriott), fun and witty tour guides that keep your tour exciting, and a wide range of fresh places to go and things to do. We will surely give you a tour you’ll never forget!  We provide complimentary parking and shuttle service from Lincoln as well as complimentary parking and pick up in Omaha.  Deposits are fully refundable on our tours in the US unless otherwise noted, cancel for any reason.  If you require additional accommodations on tour, please give a call and we’d be happy to work them out for you!
